Microbiology and surveillance support to countries for improving surveillance data production, analysis and use from animal health, environment and integrated One Health surveillance in South East Asia.

AMROH focuses on providing increased technical support to countries and Country Grants to improve AMR and AMU surveillance data production, analysis and use from animal health and environment sectors (including aquaculture) and develop and pilot integrated One Health surveillance programmes. A sub-component of AMROH provides technical assistance to promote practitioner engagement. This will aim to improve the use of AMR/U/C data by animal health practitioners (farmers, vets, paravets, agrivet services) and to support the rational use of antibiotics in agriculture.
